I had an awesome experience with Brother. Hernan did an awesome job at explaining my homes needs and didn’t feel like he was trying to sell me things I didn’t need. For example, I have a huge tree that covers the north side of my home. Hernan suggested gutter covers for only that side of my house because the south side of my home is not under any trees. Abraham and Carlos showed up to my house on time and got straight to work. I had two separate companies at my home on install day and Abraham worked with the other contracting team to ensure the day ran smoothly. Very kind and communicated well answering every question I had and made sure I was happy with the work before going. The price was right and the work done felt like a true bang for my buck. Ragan, who appraised the job, was also an outstanding employee making every detail crystal clear and provided excellent suggestions when choosing placement and color. Really took the anxiety and work out of the equation when discussing what needed done. My gutters were embarrassingly filthy. Abraham and Carlos did an excellent job on cleaning and a gutter extension. Houses in my neighborhood are all unique and a bit wonky. Carlos came up with a great solution for an unforeseen problem. Because of his quick and creative thinking work could continue and we did not have to reschedule.
